Espace Seine is an office building situated in Levallois, next to Paris and a few minutes from the main French business center La Défense. This 10-storey building with a capacity of 1597 workstations was designed to minimize energy consumption with the use of noble and eco-friendly materials, optimal use of daylight and natural energy sources for heating. This project is labelled HQE Renovation, BREEAM very good and TPHE neuf.
Over 500 underfloor heating solutions from JAGA have been installed in the 3 main entrance halls and all along the building bay windows from the 3rd to the 9th floor.
