This existing school building, De Groene School Neerpede, was in urgent need of renovation. Not just because of the dilapidated state it was in, but also in order to double the school’s capacity. At that time, the school building consisted of 18 classrooms, a gym, a refectory and some administrative rooms. When searching for the most suitable heaters for school buildings or rooms where a lot of children come, it is important to choose heaters that have a low touch temperature. That’s why Jaga’s Low-H2O heaters proved to be the perfect heater for this building. The safe low touch temperature prevents school children from burning themselves on the heater. Moreover, the units use less energy than the more traditional heating solutions. A win-win situation for everyone! Photography © Timothy Schiettecatte, courtesy of OSK-AR architects
