Akasya Koru, a residential project in Istanbul, is an environment with safe areas for pedestrians, sporting facilities and playgrounds for all ages.
Akasya Koru wurde um einen etwa 10.000 m² großen botanischen Garten herum angelegt, um die verlorenen Wälder von Acibadem zu kompensieren.
Apart from the high-rise building, all residents have the possibility of green terraces. To increase energy efficiency, green roofs and solar panels are used. Even the rain water is recycled for the garden irrigation. In this environmentally friendly and sustainable project the Micro Canal was chosen.
Maximum warmth, minimum dimensions and minimum energy consumption. This floor recessed element is only 6 cm high and 13 cm wide with small, but powerful, Low-H2O heat exchangers and quiet fans that are hardly bigger than the diameter of a radiator thermostat. This creates extremely high power and made the Jaga Micro Canal the perfect solution for this project.
