In the HDTI building , designed by the prestigious Couch Perry & Wilkes, groundbreaking work is carried out in the field of innovative thinking and design. The HDTI is at the head of a national initiative to help inventors develop new products. The environmentally-friendly design and energy-efficient performance of all the Jaga products were critical to the project’s success, as sustainability is a top priority for the University of Coventry. Coventry is one of the top 4% higher education institutions in the world. The Sunday Times even proclaimed the University of Coventry as Modern University of the year in 2015.
The lobby areas are equipped with the Mini Canals in combination with stainless steel grilles. These are installed at the bottom of window walls. This gives a sense of space and openness, which is to the benefit of those present. Dealing with cold air flows requires a specialized floor installed heating system for heat circulation in order to compensate for the cooler window draft.
Jaga’s Mini Freestanding heaters can be found in places where a lot of people gather, since a larger surface area entails a greater need for heat emission.
The offices and boardrooms are equipped with the Jaga Tempo Low Surface Temperature (LST).
