Jaga Experience Lab: measurable comfort, tested in real-life conditions
Every space tells a different story. At Jaga, we believe that heating, cooling and ventilation should never be standard solutions. That is exactly why we have the Jaga Experience Lab: a unique climate laboratory where technology, units and real-life use come together.
From design to experience
In the Experience Lab, we bring projects to life even before they become reality. We invite architects, clients and consultants to explore their specific challenges together with us. What does a certain emission strategy mean for comfort? How does a space react to rapid temperature changes? And how do users experience airflows, radiation and silence?
By testing solutions under realistic conditions, we make customised technology tangible. Not as an abstract report, but as a shared experience. This creates trust, insight and a common language between all partners involved.
This is how we test reality
The heart of the lab is an impressive climate chamber of no less than 600 m³. It contains two identical test houses that make it possible to compare different systems one-to-one. In addition, the lab features a DIN test cabin and a multifunctional auditorium where analysis, dialogue and knowledge sharing come together.
Within this controlled environment, we can simulate a wide range of scenarios:
- Temperature tests from -20 °C to +40 °C, suited to a wide range of climate zones and seasons.
- 120 measuring points that continuously collect data on temperature, humidity, CO₂, air velocity and radiant temperature.
- Live transmission of measurement data, allowing results to be immediately visible and jointly analysed.
This combination of measuring and experiencing delivers more than just numbers. It provides insight into comfort as people actually experience it.
