Jaga’s Briza XS Net Zero heat pump radiator has just been installed at major UK housebuilder, Vistry’s, Innovation Centre (VIC) in Leicestershire, showcasing the powerful heating and cooling capabilities it can offer new homes.
This cutting-edge VIC facility built within the company’s Vistry Works factory in Bardon, Leicestershire, highlights technologies designed to meet the Future Homes Standard 2025 and supports Vistry Group’s ambition to achieve net zero by 2040.
With over 50 suppliers and 100+ innovative products and smart technologies, the VIC offers visitors a unique insight into advanced construction techniques and sustainable solutions driving carbon reduction in housing.
The major housebuilder aims to deliver 18,000 high-quality new homes per year, more economically, efficiently and sustainably. Vistry Works produces thousands of open panel frames for new homes at Vistry locations around the country, built with their partners including housing associations and local authorities.
