We're looking for...

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Joining the UK team, and reporting to the Financial Accountant, the Accounts Assistant will assist in the day-to-day running of the accounts department, including data input to enable month-end closure of accounts, expenses system, VAT returns, credit control, and import reconciliation.

This is a 26 hours part time, office-based role, with an anticipated start date of 05 January 2025.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full responsibility for purchase ledger control, including supplier account setup and maintenance in SAP, invoice processing and reconciliations, accruals, fixed asset invoices, supplier payments, and associated reporting.
  • Manage and maintain the company expenses system, assist with expense claim processing, prepare sales invoices/credit notes, process payments, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and HMRC payments.
  • Maintain an up-to-date VAT knowledge, ensure correct coding of transactions, assist with VAT returns and import reconciliations, and support with PAYE Settlement Agreement (PSA) records.
  • Oversee customer credit applications, credit limit monitoring, issuing statements, managing outstanding debts, and producing debtor reports.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in an accounts-related role, holding a minimum of AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting (part qualified and studying towards higher levels), with experience in the SAP accounting system preferred.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – MIDLANDS

Joining the UK team, and reporting to the Managing Director, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing the designated territory to stimulate the profitable sales of Jaga’s sustianable HVAC products and solutions, and providing unrivalled customer service and value for money through great teamwork and realise individual and collective SMART objectives to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

This is a full time, home-based role, with the need to occasionally travel across the UK & Europe.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieve business objectives by maintaining customer relationships, generating new opportunities, and focusing on securing Jaga specifications with Consulting Engineers.
  • Maximise leads, CPD’s, and marketing networking events to promote the Jaga brand and strengthen relationship marketing.
  • Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage enquiries, quotations, specifications, negotiations, and orders while contributing to sales and departmental objectives.
  • Deliver design advice, site surveys, installation guidance, post-order support, and report all activities through our CRM system to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

We’re looking for someone with proven sales experience (ideally within the HVAC sector) who can represent the company professionally, demonstrates strong organisation and proactivity, and takes responsibility for their own development.

SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Joining the UK team, and reporting to the Sales Administration Supervisor, the Sales Administrator will work collaboratively with all departments to develop company strategy in terms of vision, focus, goals and objectives to drive business growth and profitability.

This is a full time, office-based role, with the need to occasionally travel across the UK & Europe.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide proactive support to the external sales team, including handling commercial, technical and logistical customer enquiries.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations and technical submittals to support ongoing projects and opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM best practices while contributing to opportunity development and marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver cross-functional support across departments, including operational and general office administration, and carry out tasks delegated by the Sales Administration Supervisor.

We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in a related role.
