You as Supply Chain Manager:

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for initiating and managing the full order-to-cash process, optimizing inventory levels, and strategically supporting the business to help achieve an OTIF (On Time In Full) performance of 98%.
You will develop and implement effective planning principles and assess planning capacity needs. This role requires a pragmatic mindset, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. It is a dynamic function combining conceptual development with operational action.

  • Planning Strategy and Process Optimization:
    Optimize planning processes across demand, materials, and production.
    Implement and improve planning models and techniques.
    Ensure efficient tools and proper management of the product portfolio.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    Coach and motivate a team of planners.
    Foster a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
    Actively step in when team members are absent to maintain continuity.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
    Lead daily alignment meetings with production, warehouse, and quality.
    Ensure collaborative problem-solving and performance tracking.
  • Forecast accuracy:
    Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align forecasts with actual customer demand.
  • Inventory turnover and waste reduction:
    Optimize materials planning to align with production needs and customer orders.
  • Planning adherence:
    Develop feasible and efficient production schedules that align with capacity and resource constraints
  • OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery:
    Coordinate closely with logistics, production, and customer service to ensure timely delivery.

  • 5+ years of experience in planning or operations
  • Leadership experience (2+ years) or team management experience is a must
