You as Sales Manager (m/f/x) DACH:

Do you have solid experience in technical sales and want to actively contribute to a climate-neutral future? Then Jaga is the right place for you. As Sales Manager (m/f/x) DACH, you will be responsible for our sales activities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Together with your team, you will develop sustainable strategies for heating, ventilation, and climate control.

Your Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the DACH region:

  • Strategic and operational leadership of all sales activities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Leading and developing a motivated sales and back-office team
  • Building a clear organizational structure including reporting, KPIs, and process management

Strategy Development & Market Positioning:

  • Developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy for the region
  • Defining positioning, distribution models, product focus, and pricing strategies
  • Close collaboration with marketing, product management, and engineering

Sales Steering & Business Development:

  • Responsibility for revenue and margin targets, including P&L management
  • Analyzing market trends, competition, and customer needs
  • Managing and expanding key accounts and strategic partnerships

Team Leadership & Culture Development:

  • Leading a diverse team with focus on motivation, development, and team spirit
  • Demonstrating a values-based leadership style with a clear results orientation

Customer Proximity & Market Presence:

  • Frequent presence at customers and partners on-site
  • Representing Jaga as an ambassador of our sustainable vision
  • Actively expanding the network to identify new business opportunities

This is how you win us over:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Energy/Building Technology, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, ideally in HVAC
  • Proven success in team leadership and key account management
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high affinity for sustainability and innovation
